SHIPPING FEES

SENDER: United Kingdom.

We will be using Royal Mail to ship all orders.

United Kingdom

  • TRACKED (3-5 business days): £4.60, plus £1.60 for each additional bundle

European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia)

  • UNTRACKED (3-5 business days): £9.00, plus £4.00 for each additional bundle
  • TRACKED (3-5 business days): £11.50, plus £5.00 for each additional bundle

Rest of World

  • UNTRACKED (15-80 business days): £11.70, plus £5.00 for each additional bundle
  • TRACKED (6-7 business days): £16.70, plus £7.00 for each additional bundle

If you have purchased tracked shipping and have not received a tracking number by the time shipping is announced as complete on our social media, please get in touch with us.

CUSTOMS FEES

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged to receive your package.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You may cancel your physical order for a refund by emailing us before the end of the day on March 31. (Emails will be accepted as long as it is still March somewhere in the world.) We will provide you with a full refund (minus the Stripe processing fee).

You may still cancel your order after March 31 (thus not receiving the items), but we will not refund your order. 

If you’d like to exchange your order, email us before the end of the day on March 31. (Emails will be accepted as long as it is still March somewhere in the world.) We will refund you (minus the Stripe processing fee) and request you order your new bundle.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. 

 

ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you select untracked shipping.

If you select tracked shipping, and the tracking says the package has arrived, but you can't locate it, we are not responsible for replacing the package unless there was an address error on our part.

If you believe there was an address error on our end, please contact us within two weeks of the date your package was marked "Delivered" in tracking, and we will discuss next steps. 

Packages lost due to errors on our part will be eligible for a replacement (if items are in stock) or a refund. 

Packages lost due to inaccurate information you have provided may not be eligible for a refund. Contact us within two weeks of the items being marked "Delivered" in tracking, and we'll see if we can help. 

If your package is missing any items, please contact us within two weeks of receiving the package, and we will send the missing items. 

If you select tracked shipping, and the tracking never updates or stops updating, and it has been two weeks since the last update, please contact us. We will claim a refund via Royal Mail and send a replacement of all items we still have in stock. We will refund the cost of any items we can't replace. 

If you select tracked shipping and the package is declared lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will claim a refund via Royal Mail and send a replacement of all items we still have in stock. We will refund the cost of any items we can't replace. 

 

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customers who place an order for one or more physical bundles (Academy Bundle, Heartshaven Bundle, Citadel Bundle, and/or Presidential Bundle) by the end of the day on March 8 will receive a free bonus postcard with their order. 

This special offer ends when it is no longer March 8 anywhere in the world. 

 

PROMO SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customers who reblog our pre-order post on Tumblr, retweet our pre-order thread on Twitter, or link to either of the above on any other social media site, and who purchase at least one physical bundle (Academy, Heartshaven, Citadel, and/or Presidential) are eligible for a free bonus postcard. 

To claim this bonus postcard, you must fill out THIS FORM (includes the name on your order, email address, and the link to your social media reblog/retweet/link). 

An individual can receive both the Early Bird Special bonus postcard and the Promo Special bonus postcard. The two postcards have different art.
